What is it all about?
I taught Spanish for 11 years and have always dreamed of writing my own curriculum! I seek to combine Comprehensible Input techniques with a user-friendly format for a wide range of facilitators--teachers fluent in Spanish, teachers less confident in Spanish, and homeschool parents. Having taught kids from K-12, I seek to use activities that can be implemented with the widest possible audience. With that said, it's probably most appropriate with middle and high school students.
HOMESCHOOL: Parents, whether you know Spanish or not, this curriculum is designed so that you can help your kids learn Spanish either way. The majority is Open & Go, and allows you to learn Spanish alongside your kids and as a family, with plenty of pronunciation and audio support.
CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS: Do you want an easy-to-use, fun, and effective program that also incorporates Bible lessons in Spanish and verse memorization? That's included!
PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Since the Bible lessons are OPTIONAL, you can use the rest of the lessons with confidence in the public setting! Since the curriculum is not yet complete, these lessons can make a nice supplement to what else you are currently using.
